How Your Journey Unfolds
Duration:45 minutes of treatments (excluding preparation and rinsing) plus 3 hours in the thermal spa.
- Clay Cocoon: The body is enveloped in a mountain clay poultice heated to 40°C. The cocoon remains in place for approximately 20 minutes, relaxing muscles, loosening joints, and softening the skin.
- Floating Massage: The precise movements of the hydro-massage bed’s warm water jets relax muscles and relieve tension from the ankles to the neck.
- Conclusion & Advice: A period of rest, with personalised tips to optimise recovery and prolong the benefits.
- Thermal Spa: Access to the Mont Blanc Baths to extend the effects of the treatment and promote overall recovery.
The thermal spa can be enjoyed before, between, or after your treatments.
