Rules and Regulations
All staff are professionally trained to oversee the spa area. All visitors to the Thermes are required to adhere to these regulations and accept the terms and conditions in full.
General Guidelines
Opening Days and Hours
The establishment’s opening days and hours are available on the website and may vary according to the season.
Technical Closures
The facilities will be closed twice a year for maintenance, draining, and general upkeep, in accordance with applicable French regulations. Closure dates will be communicated via on-site notices and on the website.
Exceptional Closures or Changes to Activity Schedules
During school holidays, special events, or for operational improvements and quality assurance, opening hours and activity schedules may be modified.
General Rules Regarding Order, Hygiene, and Safety
General Safety
To ensure everyone’s safety, the following are strictly prohibited:
- Bringing or using radios or any other noisy devices within the establishment.
- Entering the premises with any dangerous, sharp, or blunt objects.
- Accessing areas marked as restricted by signs or notices.
- Entry by individuals who are visibly unclean, intoxicated, or under the influence of any substance (drugs or otherwise) affecting behaviour.
Safety rules are posted throughout all accessible areas. Visitors are required to comply with these general instructions, as well as specific regulations displayed on signage, and accept the following restrictions:
- Access may be refused, at the discretion of management, to anyone whose behaviour could compromise the safety of others or the facility, or who disrupts the smooth running of activities.
- For safety, hygiene, or operational reasons, the establishment reserves the right to restrict or prohibit access to part or all of the facilities.
- Visitors with particular medical conditions are requested to notify reception.
Access to Facilities
Mont Blanc Baths, ENT and dermatology treatments, and treatment cabins.
Access is granted during opening hours to anyone holding a valid entry pass.
For optimal service, we ask visitors to respect their reservation times. Running, disruptive, noisy, or unsafe behaviour is prohibited and may result in exclusion from the establishment.
In the event of damage, whether accidental or intentional, visitors must notify a staff member immediately. The Thermes reserve the right to request compensation for any willful damage to equipment.
General Hygiene
The following are prohibited:
Smoking
Bringing animals into the facility
Picnicking
Bringing glass bottles or containers
Bringing alcohol or any substances that may alter behaviour
Throwing objects into the pools
Without prior authorisation from management, solicitation, sales, promotion, or distribution of leaflets, flyers, or other materials is prohibited within the Thermes.
Photography or filming is only permitted with prior approval from the facility manager and/or management.
Access and Use of Changing Rooms and Lockers
Visitors may store their belongings in the lockers provided in the changing rooms during their session. The deposit of valuables is strongly discouraged. Please note that the changing rooms are not under continuous supervision. Users acknowledge that they have been fully informed of the risks associated with leaving valuable items. Any person caught stealing or causing damage will be immediately reported to the competent authorities. The establishment cannot be held responsible for lost, misplaced, or damaged items or clothing.
All found items must be handed in at reception.
Compliance and Sanctions
Any behaviour contrary to these internal regulations may result in immediate expulsion from the establishment, and the individual may face legal action in accordance with the law. Under no circumstances will this entitle the person to a refund. Furthermore, any intentional damage or damage caused by inappropriate use of the facilities will be the responsibility of the individual(s) concerned.
Mont Blanc Thermal Baths
Access to the Mont Blanc Baths is prohibited for:
Anyone with suspicious skin lesions or any other infection (unless a medical certificate confirms non-contagious status).
Anyone who is visibly unclean, intoxicated, or whose behaviour is clearly impaired by any substance (drugs or otherwise).
Children under 13 years old; minors must be accompanied by an adult. Identification may be requested.
Electronic devices (cameras, phones, video equipment, etc.).
For the smooth operation of our facilities and the wellbeing of all guests, silence must be observed throughout the Mont Blanc Baths. Anyone failing to comply with this rule or exhibiting inappropriate behaviour may be expelled from the establishment (without refund of their entry ticket).
Swimming and breath-hold diving are strictly prohibited.
Evacuation of the bathing areas occurs 15 minutes before the Mont Blanc Baths closing time. For safety reasons, evacuation may be requested earlier if necessary.
Spa Services & Activities
Access to the Mont Blanc Baths is by reservation only.
Treatments must be booked in advance and can only be carried out under the supervision of the establishment’s trained staff. Clients attending a treatment are requested to check in at reception 10 minutes before their scheduled time. In the event of a late arrival, the session will be shortened without compensation.
The establishment reserves the right, under exceptional circumstances, to modify the schedule of treatments or activities.
All bookings require a deposit, which will be retained in the event of cancellation.
The validity of gift cards cannot be extended.
Subscriptions are personal and valid for a limited period from the date of purchase (maximum two people per subscription).
Hygene Rules
Dress Code and Conduct in the Mont Blanc Baths
From the moment you leave the changing rooms, only swimwear is permitted. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Shorts or any clothing not specifically designed for swimming.
- Any type of wetsuit or full-body suit.
- Modest swimsuits that do not comply with facility guidelines.
- Thong-style swimwear.
- Nudity in common areas, including treatment cabins.
- Topless bathing in common areas.
- All types of footwear, except clean plastic-soled flip-flops.
A shower and footbath are mandatory before entering the bathing areas.
Running, diving, pushing others into the water, or any behaviour that is disruptive, noisy, or unsafe for oneself or others is strictly forbidden. Wearing prescription glasses or sunglasses is discouraged in the Mont Blanc Baths, saunas, and steam rooms.
The management cannot be held responsible for any damage to personal belongings or clothing.
