How does a Thermal Discovery Experience work?
Duration & Schedule
Either a half-day of treatments
Or over 2 days:
- Two mornings of treatments.
- One access to the thermal spa with a hydromassage bed session after your treatments, on one of the two days.
Thermal Discovery Treatments
For the Skin
- 1 General Bath: The bath soothes, dries, and promotes healing. The warmth of the water stimulates skin circulation. Its relaxing effect is especially beneficial for stiff joints.
- 1 General / Head Spray: Finely sprayed water helps decongest the skin. A gentle flow over the scalp soothes and supports skin repair.
- 1 Facial Spray: A fine mist of thermal water is applied to the face.
- Or 1 Local Bath: Hands and/or feet are immersed in thermal water. This treatment enhances decongestant, anti-itch, and relaxing effects.
For the Respiratory System
- 1 Thermal Drinking Cure: Improves mucosal hydration and stimulates natural defenses.
- 1 Nasal Shower: Cleanses and moisturises the mucous membranes, promoting easier breathing.
- 1 Nasal Spray: Cleans and decongests the nasal cavities.
- 1 Pharyngeal Spray: Soothes pharyngeal inflammation and softens irritated mucous membranes.
For the Mouth and Gums
- 1 Gargle: A gentle rinse to prepare the mouth for other treatments.
- 1 Oral Spray: A fine jet of thermal water bathes the entire oral cavity.
- 1 Gum Shower: Using a fork with multiple tiny holes, the mouth (gums, palate, tongue, etc.) is massaged; soothing and decongesting effects.
