WORK ON THE
PARKING DES THERMES
DE SAINT GERVAIS

SOMETHING NEW IS ON THE WAY!

Dear customers of Thermes de Saint Gervais,

We hope this announcement finds you well and ready to enjoy some well-deserved relaxation time in our thermal spa. We would like to inform you that there are a few changes to note on the site, due to work undertaken by the Saint-Gervais Mont Blanc.

The good news: from spring onwards, a major improvement will be implemented with the installation of a wastewater elevator called the "Ascenseur des Thermes". This new feature will facilitate the connection between the upper and lower parts of Saint-Gervais, offering smoother access from the town center to the Thermes. We are convinced that this improvement will contribute to making your experience even more enjoyable.

Points to bear in mind: The improvement comes with some temporary inconveniences. Part of the parking lot will be inaccessible due to the works, reducing the number of spaces available. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Tips for your visit :

Please allow extra time for parking.
Parking spaces are available throughout the Thermal park.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions before your visit.
We would like to assure you that these disruptions are temporary, and that we are doing our best to minimize their impact on your experience at Thermes de Saint Gervais.

A SOLUTION TO RELIEVE
ACOUPHENES

Tinnitus relief with thermal treatments

Between 10% and 18% of the French population suffer from tinnitus
1 in 5 teenagers suffers from permanent tinnitus
Certain medications can amplify tinnitus
90% of tinnitus sufferers are affected by noise-induced hearing loss
"This pathology manifests itself differently from one patient to another: whistling, buzzing, clicking..."

A new therapeutic approach
"The Saint-Gervais thermal baths offer a new therapeutic approach to combat this problem. It includes soothing and anti-inflammatory spa treatments, as well as osteopathy and sophrology sessions," explains Dr Hubert Bigot, an ENT doctor leading a team of caregivers. We need to relieve these patients, who also have muscular contractures around the ears originating from the cervical spine."

Breaking out of isolation
"A thermal treatment is above all a way of getting away from everyday life and isolation. Before supervising this treatment, I hadn't realized the importance of the group effect," confides Dr. Bigot. Patients leave with strategies they've discovered through contact with other patients. The doctor also points out the effectiveness of hearing aids in treating tinnitus, which is why a hearing aid specialist is part of the treatment team. Three six-day sessions will be held in 2024: in May, June and September."
